These terms govern your use of StockSense, an inventory forecasting app for Shopify merchants. This is a placeholder document for development; it will be replaced with the final version before the app is published.
StockSense provides inventory forecasts — sales velocity, days-to-stockout, reorder points, and suggested order quantities — based on your store's sales history and inventory levels.
All forecasts are statistical estimates based on historical data. They are provided for planning purposes only and do not guarantee future sales, stock levels, or business outcomes. You remain responsible for your own purchasing and inventory decisions.
StockSense does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing in the app should be construed as such.
StockSense offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Growth and Pro) billed monthly through the Shopify Billing API. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time through your Shopify admin; the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it with unauthorized credentials, or use it to violate any law or Shopify's terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockSense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and the provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
