Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

LeadFlow AI is open-source software provided for clinics and agencies to run their own patient-intake automation. By using or deploying it, you agree to these terms. If you are deploying it for a clinic, you are the operator and are responsible for how it is configured and used.

1. The software is provided as is

LeadFlow AI is released under its open-source licence without warranty of any kind. It automates first-contact responses and follow-up; it does not replace professional, clinical, legal or financial judgement. You are responsible for reviewing its configuration, its guidelines, and its output before relying on it with real patients.

2. No medical or pricing advice

The assistant is designed to refuse medical diagnosis and to avoid quoting prices it cannot stand behind. You must not configure it to give clinical advice or binding quotes. Final clinical and pricing decisions rest with your qualified staff.

3. Your responsibilities as operator

You are responsible for the accuracy of the guidelines and knowledge base you provide, for obtaining any consent required to contact patients, and for complying with the healthcare, advertising and data-protection rules that apply where you operate.

4. Third-party services

LeadFlow AI calls third-party services you configure, such as a language-model provider and a database host. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and any usage costs are yours.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any loss arising from use of the software, including missed, delayed or incorrect automated messages. You deploy and operate it at your own risk.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the software evolves. Material changes will be noted in the repository.
